As a key member of Leapfin’s Customer Success team, your role is to guide Leapfin customers to realizing the platform's full potential. You will oversee the complete implementation journey, starting with the initial kick-off and continuing all the way to a smooth go-live making sure everything stays on schedule. You’ll also assist in additional areas of the customer journey including supporting and engaging existing customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on connecting with customers and leading them through our implementation process. By keeping a close eye on key project milestones, you will adapt timelines and resources as needed while updating both internal teams and the customers on our progress. The end result will be happy customers effectively onboarded onto Leapfin, becoming long-term and highly engaged users. For already onboarded customers, you will help keep them engaged by educating them on our different product features and services.
