Okay, we did not see this one coming. 🤯 Yet another "holy crap" moment on our Vibe Accounting journey (Day 10).
We know LLMs are multilingual, but we hadn't really processed the full implication.
Our engineering team is diverse and international (and cracked), and one of them decided to give our AI agent a reasonably complex rev rec instruction... in Armenian.
This is the exact prompt we used:
"Իմ բոլոր PayPal վճարումների համար, խնդրում եմ ստեղծել հետաձգում և եկամտի ճանաչում դրանց վրա՝ վճարման օրվանից 1 տարի ժամկետով։" (Translation for my English-speaking friends: "For all my PayPal payments, please create a deferral and revenue recognition on them for a period of 1 year from the date of payment.")
Our AI accounting agent didn't just understand it. It built the correct automation. Perfectly. On the first try.
The lights went on for the whole team. This means that any accountant, anywhere in the world, can build sophisticated financial automation in their own native language. This isn't just a feature, it's a fundamental shattering of language barriers for a profession that's been dominated by English language software.
Mind. Blown. (Again.)
